Return policy
Golf3R’s return policy allows customers to return an unused product within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund in the form of Golf3R store credit. This credit can be used for future purchases.
To be eligible for this credit, the product must be returned in its original condition—unused and in its intact packaging. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is on Golf3R’s part.
Custom orders, sale items, electronic devices (such as GPS units or rangefinders) that have been opened or registered with the manufacturer, gift cards, and demo clubs are not eligible for return under this policy.
It is recommended to contact Golf3R’s customer service to initiate the return process. Once the product is received and inspected, Golf3R store credit will be issued for the amount of the original purchase.
